There are two events that we have been asked to assist with in the month of May.
- Community Action Dash – May 14, 2016 09300 hrs to about 1300 hrs. This event is in the northern part of downtown Edmonton. There is a BBQ with hotdogs etc at the end of the event.
- Transplant Trot – May 21, 2016 from about 0900 to 1300 hrs. This event is down in the Edmonton river valley starting around the zoo and working its way towards Hawrelak Park. Most participants in this event are either recipients of organ transplants or have close family members that are recipients. There is usually a pizza party at the end of this event.

If you haven’t volunteered at an event before these are great events to come out and see how it all works. Don’t worry, you won’t be left on your own, we will pair you up with someone who has experience.
