  • Basic Training Class

NCAARC’s weekly basic training class will be starting back up on Wednesday January 22, 2020. This course will take a chapter or two a week and rotate through the chapters until such time as a student feels they are prepared for the exam. If the student is still not confident in a section they can continue to attend until such time as they are comfortable to sit the exam.

Courses are held at NAIT’s Patricia Campus in the westend of Edmonton.

If you are interested in enrolling in the class please contact training@ncaarc.ca for more details and to let our instructors know so we can prepare course material for you.

Also on the topic of training – is there anyone interested in taking an Advanced class delivered in the same format? If you are interested please let our instructors know as well as they may run a class if there is enough interest.

  • Basic classes finished until the new year

The NCAARC basic instructors have decided to stand-down on the Basic Class being offered at the NAIT Patricia Campus.

The last student wrote his exam a couple of weeks ago and there have been no new students show up since we started  classes in September.

The plan is to start Basic Classes again January 15, 2020. If you are interested in taking the classes in January please email training@ncaarc.ca so we can ensure study materials are available for you.

    Thank you.

  • Basic Training Class Starting

NCAARC will begin a Basic Class on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, in room P159 which is located at the South-West corner of the NAIT the Patricia Campus on 123 Ave. on 149 St. just south of Costco.

We plan to begin at 6:30 PM and go until 9:00 PM each Wednesday until all the material is covered, with an expected completion around the middle of February. These classes are offered on a cyclical basis, meaning when we complete all the instruction, we begin the classes again and anyone who has paid the $100 fee can return the the class, without charge, and continue until they have covered all the material and successfully passed the exam. There are 3 accredited examiners available, so when a student feels ready to write, they may do so.

The cost of joining this class is $100 and that covers a Basic Manual, a NCAARC 1-year membership in NCAARC and other materials.

If you are still interested, please email training@ncaarc.ca
