    Ray will be leaving the Edmonton area in the next while to make a home in BC. Ray has put many years into the ham community in many clubs. There has been an appreciation dinner organized for this coming Saturday.

    Date: Saturday May 4, 2019
    Time: Meet at 16:30, dinner at 17:00
    Location: Best Western Premier Denham Inn & Suites, 
    5207 50th Avenue, Leduc, Alberta T9E 6V3. 
    Menu: Seafood buffet with an Alberta beef carving station (menu attached)
    Cost (per person): $28+tax+gratuity , seniors (55+) – $22+tax+gratuity

    The room we have booked has space to accommodate 40, but we can spill over into the main dinning room if there are more. Please note, that to be fair, should there be more than 40 attendees, seating preference will be given to those that have RSVP’d, and those had submitted an expression of interest.

  • Reminder: AGM this month

    A friendly reminder that the monthly meeting this month will be our Annual General Meeting. Saturday March 16 at 9:30 AM at St. Albert Fire Station Number 3.

    Please come out and support your club. This meeting elects your board members for the upcoming year. Please consider tossing your name into the ring to fill a board position as a lot of the positions have been filled by the same people year over year.

    Oh and did I mention….. We have door prizes this year. To qualify for a door prize you must be a member in good standing and you must be in attendance at the meeting. If your membership has lapsed you can renew before the meeting via E-Transfer or you can renew at the meeting before the meeting starts.

    Door prizes are as follows:

    • $40 Gift Card to RadioWorld Central in Calgary

  • Membership Renewals

    Need to renew your membership but never have cash on you? Or don’t know where your cheque book is? Don’t worry – we now accept renewal payments via etransfers.

    Simply Email your payment to treasurer@ncaarc.ca 

    Any amount over the $10.00 membership fee will be considered a donation. A tax receipt will be issued for any donation over $10.00.

    If you have any changes to your information (address, phone number, email address etc) please download the membership form and email it in to the above address (this form is fillable if you open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader).

    If you have any questions or would like to confirm your payment was recieved please contact treasurer@ncaarc.ca
